Refund and Returns Policy

 

Refund Eligibility: Most courses are eligible for a full refund if the request is made within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.

Submit a Request: To initiate a refund, please email our Refunding team at refunds@innovista.academy with your order number and the reason for your request.

Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.

Promotional Purchases: Please note that courses purchased during special sales or using certain discount codes may be subject to different refund terms as specified at the time of checkout.
