There are a few common reasons why a payment might not process:
Incorrect Card Information: Double-check that your card number, expiration date, and CVV (the 3-digit code on the back) are entered exactly as they appear on the card.
Insufficient Funds: Ensure your account has enough balance to cover the course fee.
Bank Restrictions: Since Innovista Academy operates globally from Hurghada, some banks may flag international or online transactions for security reasons. You may need to call your bank to authorize the payment.
Expired Card: Check that your credit or debit card is still active and has not expired.
Strong Customer Authentication (SCA): Your bank may require a 3D Secure verification step (like a code sent to your phone). Make sure you complete this step before closing the window.

Refund Eligibility: Most courses are eligible for a full refund if the request is made within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
Submit a Request: To initiate a refund, please email our Refunding team at refunds@innovista.academy with your order number and the reason for your request.
Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank's policies.
Promotional Purchases: Please note that courses purchased during special sales or using certain discount codes may be subject to different refund terms as specified at the time of checkout.
Applying a discount to your next course at Innovista Academy is a simple process designed to help you reach your professional goals more affordably. Follow these steps to redeem your code:
Select Your Course: Browse our catalog and add the course you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
Go to Checkout: Once you are ready, click on the cart icon and proceed to the checkout page.
Enter the Code: Look for the field labeled "Coupon Code" or "Discount Code" near your order total.
Apply: Type or paste your code exactly as it appears into the box and click the "Apply" button.
Verify the Discount: Ensure that the total price has been updated to reflect your discount before completing your payment.

How to Update Your Name
Access Your Profile: Log in to your account and click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the dashboard.
Edit Settings: Select "Account Settings" or "Edit Profile" from the dropdown menu.
Update Name Fields: Enter your new first and last name in the respective fields.
Save Changes: Scroll to the bottom and click "Save Changes" to update your account immediately.
1. The One-Click Unsubscribe
Open an Email: Open any recent email sent from Innovista Academy.
Scroll to the Bottom: Look for the footer section at the very end of the message.
Click "Unsubscribe": You will find a link labeled "Unsubscribe" or "Manage Preferences." Click it to be removed from our mailing list immediately.
2. Through Your Account Settings
Log In: Access your Innovista Academy account.
Go to Settings: Navigate to your "Profile" and select "Notifications" or "Account Settings."
Adjust Preferences: Uncheck the boxes for the types of emails you no longer wish to receive (e.g., Newsletters, Course Announcements, or Marketing).
Save: Be sure to click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.
How do I change my password?
Security is a top priority at Innovista Academy. Whether you've forgotten your current password or simply want to update it for better protection, you can do so easily.
If You Are Logged In
Go to Settings: Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select "Account Settings".
Find Security: Look for the "Password" or "Security" section.
Update: Enter your current password, followed by your new password.
Save: Click "Update Password" to confirm the change.
If You Forgot Your Password
Navigate to Login: Go to the Innovista Academy login page.
Reset Link: Click on the "Forgot Password?" link below the login fields.
Check Email: Enter the email address associated with your account. We will send a secure reset link to your inbox.
Follow Instructions: Click the link in the email to set a new, secure password.
