2. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All course materials, including videos, text, graphics, and code, are the intellectual property of Innovista Academy or its instructors.
License: Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal, non-commercial use only.
Prohibitions: You may not record, download (unless permitted), redistribute, or sell any content from the platform. Violation of this will result in immediate account termination without refund.
3. Payments & Refunds
Pricing: All fees are displayed at the time of purchase. Innovista Academy reserves the right to adjust pricing for promotions or regional updates.
Refund Policy: As noted in our FAQs, refunds are generally available within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been consumed.
Taxes: Depending on your location, your purchase may be subject to VAT or other local taxes as required by law.
4. Code of Conduct
Community Standards: We foster a culture of respect. Harassment, hate speech, or spamming in course forums or Q&A sections will result in a permanent ban.
Academic Integrity: You agree to complete assignments and exams honestly. Sharing solution keys or engaging in plagiarism undermines the upward trajectory we aim to provide for all students.
5. Limitation of Liability
Service Availability: While we strive for 24/7 uptime from our Hurghada hub, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free due to the nature of the internet.
Educational Outcome: Innovista Academy provides tools for growth, but we do not guarantee specific employment outcomes or salary increases.
6. Data Protection (PDPL Compliance)
In accordance with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), we are committed to protecting your privacy. We process your data only to provide our services and do not share it with third parties for marketing without your explicit consent.
